New Cargo Flow through the Port
During the 15 August afternoon hours, the Port has passed the threshold of 4 million tons of the cargo turnover since the beginning of the year. It represents a more than 6% percent increase with comparison with the same period of the last year. After the 6-7 years of suspension, vessel laden with clinker has been again berthed at quays. M/v “Renuar” has brought 65,802 tons, originated from Thailand, for Bulgarian cement works. After the record-breaking July, when the Port has handled nearly 800,000 tons of different cargoes, the present month is expected to be again busy. M/v “Luciana Della Gatta”, loaded with 120,635 tons of iron ore, has arrived for barge-lightening at Bourgas roads. She will be alongside at berth №32 in few days for complete discharging.
