ОТЧЕТ ЗА ДЕЙНОСТТА НА РАЙОННА ПРОКУРАТУРА – БУРГАС ПРЕЗ 2009 г.
Regional Prosecutor's Office - Burgas operates within part of the Bourgas region, covering the three municipalities - Burgas, Sozopol and Stone. Located in the very kriminogenen area, which is determined by the fact that the territory served by the IP-Bourgas are many companies, port, airport, two customs, construction and many tourist attractions with incoming temporary workers and not least the huge tourist flow. All this leads, in addition to the emergence of local criminals and criminal structures and to multiple incoming - "traveling" criminal elements. Regard determines the intensity of criminal acts committed in the territory served by Bourgas Regional Prosecutor's Office.

       During 2009 the Regional Prosecutor's Office - Burgas were formed 13 893 5 074 cases and pretrial proceedings / 2 344 proceedings were initiated by the investigative body, and 2 730 - by the prosecutor.
