На 26.01.т.г. около 10.15 ч. в Районно управление на МВР Айтос е получено съобщение за инцидент, възникнал в частен дом в града, разположен на ул. «Гоце Делчев» 34 А. Установено е, че при ползване за готварски нужди се е самовзривила туристическа газова бутилка, в резултат на което са пострадали : 71 годишната Живка Тодорова от Айтос и двете й правнучета - Надя Иванова, 7 годишна и брат й Васил Иванов - 9 годишен.

За времето от 20.12.м.г. до 17.01.т.г.1, чрез взломяване на входните врати е проникнато в 12 апартамента в почивен комплекс в Слънчев бряг, откъдето е извършена кражба на 8 ел. табла, 9 котлона, 6 телевизора, 6 кухненски бойлерчета, 1 аспиратор, 2 брави и 1 домофон. Стойността на отнетите вещи е в процес на изясняване. Работата по случая продължава от служители на Районно управление на МВР Несебър.
