ОТЧЕТ ЗА ДЕЙНОСТТА НА РАЙОННА ПРОКУРАТУРА – БУРГАС ПРЕЗ 2009 г.
Regional Prosecutor's Office - Burgas operates within part of the Bourgas region, covering the three municipalities - Burgas, Sozopol and Stone. Regard determines the intensity of criminal acts committed in the territory served by Bourgas Regional Prosecutor's Office. During 2009 the Regional Prosecutor's Office - Burgas were formed 13 893 5 074 cases and pretrial proceedings / 2 344 proceedings were initiated by the investigative body, and 2 730 - by the prosecutor.

First Water Association in Bulgaria starts work in Burgas
All water facilities in the territory of Burgas, which so far have been managed by municipalities, of water companies, public or private companies will be transferred to water management association. Water Act provides that the state shareholding in the Association to be 35% and the remaining 65% be allocated to municipalities in the area.
